This impressive-looking dessert is surprisingly simple to prepare. Light and refreshing, it's a super make-ahead treat- the flavor gets getter as it sits in the refrigerator. I've had many requests for the recipe.

The crust was a bit dry, but the filling was delicious. I'll try a different crust recipe next time.

This was a bit too tart for my taste, but my husband loved it. I think next time I'll use less lime juice.

This is a go-to recipe for me when I'm entertaining guests. It's always a hit! The combination of the tangy lime and the creamy filling is irresistible. I usually serve it with fresh berries on top.

Absolutely delightful! The lime flavor was fresh and zesty, and the cream filling was smooth and velvety. The crust was a perfect complement to the filling, and the overall flavor was a perfect balance of sweet and tart. Highly recommended!
