Steps:
- In lg bowl, whisk egg & milk. Stir in cheese, oats, onion & salt. Crumble beef over mixture & mix well. Shape into 8 loaves (or 1 lg loaf); place in greased 13x9 in. baking dish. In small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar & mustard; spoon over loaves or loaf. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25-30 min. until no pink remains & thermomter reads 160.
