Light Strawberry-Spinach Salad image

This strawberry-spinach salad makes a wonderful light summer meal. All of the flavors and colors complement one another very nicely. Farmers here in Washington grow a lot of strawberries, and they're the sweetest ones I've ever tasted. I'm always looking for new and different ways to use them. -Perlene Hoekema, Lynden, Washington

This salad was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try making it again with a different dressing. Otherwise, it was a nice salad.

Yum! This salad is a great way to get your daily dose of fruits and veggies. The strawberries are sweet and juicy, the spinach is crisp and refreshing, and the poppy seed dressing adds a nice nutty flavor. I'll definitely be making this again.

I've made this salad several times and it's always been a hit. The combination of sweet strawberries, crunchy spinach, and tangy poppy seed dressing is simply delicious. It's a great salad for a summer party or potluck.

This salad was a disappointment. The strawberries were bland and the dressing was too oily. I won't be making this again.

Not bad! I thought the dressing was a bit too sweet for my taste, but otherwise it was a nice salad. I might try making it again with a different dressing.

Refreshing and delicious! The combination of strawberries, spinach, and poppy seed dressing is delightful. I added a bit of crumbled goat cheese for an extra tang. Highly recommend!
