Light Cabbage Slaw image

I often serve this at summer picnics because it does not contain mayonnaise and is OK to be left out for a longer period of time. It is so delicious, I don't miss other mayonnaise heavy slaw.-Carol Scovel, Baton rouge, Louisiana
