1 tablespoon olive oil
2 -3 garlic cloves, pressed (or more)
1/4 cup flour
1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
1/3 cup sour cream (or plain yogurt)

I'm not a big fan of Alfredo sauce, but this recipe changed my mind. The sauce is light and flavorful, and it doesn't weigh you down. I'll definitely be making this again.

This dish is a great way to use up leftover chicken or shrimp. I simply added some cooked chicken to the sauce, and it was delicious.
