I would have liked the stew to be a bit thicker.

I'm not a huge fan of seafood, but this stew was surprisingly good. The lemon and herbs really helped to balance out the flavor of the shrimp.

This stew is a great way to use up leftover shrimp. It's also a great freezer meal - I made a double batch and froze half of it for later.

Loved this recipe! The shrimp were cooked perfectly and the sauce was so flavorful. I served it over rice and it was a hit with my family.

So easy to make and packed with flavor! I used canned beans to save time, and the stew still turned out delicious.

This lemony shrimp and bean stew was an absolute delight! The flavors were incredibly well-balanced, with the lemon adding a refreshing brightness that perfectly complemented the richness of the shrimp and beans. I especially appreciated the addition
