I GOT THIS RECIPE FROM MY AUNT WHO IS A EXCELLENT COOK AND IN THE SUMMER SHE WOULD MAKE THIS PIE ALONG WITH A VERY TASTFUL BARBECUE GATHERING.....

1 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust
12 oz can frozen lemonade, thawed
8 oz package cream cheese, softened
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz container frozen cool whip, thawed

Steps:

  • 1. IN A BLENDER OR MIXER BOWL, COMBINE THAWED LEMONADE CONCENTRATE, CREAM CHEESE, AND SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK.
  • 2. BLEND ON MEDIUMSPEED UNTIL MIXTURE IS SMOOTH. FOLD IN COOL WHIP. POUR MIXTURE INTO GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST. CHILL FOR 1 TO 2 HOURS UNTIL HARD ENOUGH TO SLICE.
