LEMON VERBENA SALAD DRESSING image

Number Of Ingredients 10

3/4 cup of lemon verbena leaves
2 chopped scallions
2 Tbls of chopped basil
2Tbls of chopped mint
2 cloves of garlic
¾ cup of plain nonfat yogurt
1/3 cup low fat Mayo
1 tsp of red wine vinegar
¼ tsp of hot pepper sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until it is fully incorporated.
