LEMON TORTE
This recipe was passed down from a family member.It has lemon pudding, cool whip ,and a nutty crust that melts in your mouth. My friends and my neighbors love it.

Steps:
- 1. Mix together flour, margarine and 1/4 cup nuts.Press into 9 by 13 inch pan.Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees .Cool
- 2. Add 1/2 carton Cool Whip to cream cheese and confectioner's sugar and combine.
- 3. Spread this mixture over cooled crust.Prepare the 2 pkgs.( 4 oz.each) of instant pudding with 2 1/2 c. milk.
- 4. Put this over the cool whip layer.Spread remaining cool whip over the top and sprinkle with remaining nuts.Refrigerate for an hour before serving and store in the fridge.
