I have been working on different combinations and decided on this..It really compliments the Tilapia...We enjoy Lemon Butter Baby Limas, Garlic-Thyme Brown Rice and Tarter sauce with it...We discovered that all together they complement each other...We enjoy this very much..I hope you do to.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375* Cookie sheet covered with foil shiny side up spray with Emerils Creamy Butter Spray All Temp Rinse Tilapia, pour milk and vinegar into medium bowl, place Tilapia in mixture put plastic wrap on and set aside while gathering other ingredients. After 10min take Tilapia one at a time out of the bowl shake excess off and coat as stateed below...
- 2. Sprinkle Lemon Pepper on both sides. Put Seasoned Bread Parmesan Crumbs in Zip Lock bag. Shake Tilapia in mixture place on lined cookie sheet and bake 8 minutes each side....till golden brown.....serve hot
