6 tablespoons olive oil
6 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Use as an all-purpose dressing.
