Lemon-Garlic Asparagus image

Quick and simple side dish. Goes with everything and delicious with whatever you serve it with!!

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 tsp olive oil
1 lb asparagus
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/8 tsp kosher salt

Steps:

  • 1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 teaspoons olive oil to the pan. Swirl to coat.
  • 2. Add asparagus; saute 3 minutes or until crisp tender. Add garlic, cook 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
  • 3. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice, black pepper, and salt. Toss to coat. Enjoy!
