I'm not a big fan of pine nuts, so I omitted them from the recipe. The salad was still really good without them.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover strawberries. I had a few strawberries that were about to go bad, so I threw them in this salad and they were delicious!

I found the dressing to be a bit too oily. I would recommend using less olive oil or substituting a lighter oil, like avocado oil.

This salad was a delightful burst of flavors! The combination of sweet strawberries, tangy lemon, and aromatic basil was a perfect balance. The dressing was light and refreshing, and the pine nuts added a nice crunchy texture.
