This dish was a disappointment. The ham was tough and the vegetables were mushy.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my dish turned out really dry. I think I might have overcooked the vegetables.

This recipe was a hit with my family! The ham was tender and juicy, and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. I especially liked the addition of the Dijon mustard, which gave the dish a nice tang.
