Leda's Crustless Spinach Quiche Squares image

This is my aunt Leda's recipe. My family thinks this is such a yummy quiche. I love this quiche and the fish do to. Little story behind this is we went to a family fun park when I was a kid and my aunt Leda brought this quiche. One of my crazy (silly) family members decided to use it as fish bait and it worked we all caught a fish.

These were a bit too bland for my taste. I think I'll try adding some more herbs and spices next time.

These were okay. The flavor was good, but the texture was a bit too dense.

I thought these were just okay. The flavor was a bit bland and the texture was a bit rubbery.

Not bad! I was looking for a quiche recipe without a crust and this one fit the bill. The flavor was good, but the texture was a bit dense.

I've made these several times now and they're always a hit! I love that they're crustless so they're a bit healthier than traditional quiche.

Amazing quiche squares! So rich and tasty! I made mine with a gluten free flour blend and they turned out great. Will definitely be making again soon!
