2 Cups finely chopped curley parsley.
1/4 cup Bulgur(crushed wheat)
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dry mint
1 teaspoon kosher salt

Steps:

  • mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, garnish it with a lemon wedge, Crispy romaine lettuce leaves taste excellent with this salad
