Lazy Day Halupki Casserole image

Halupki's are nothing more than Stuffed Cabbage Rolls ... I think every European country had some version. This is a casserole that incorporates these flavors. It is a really good casserole for a pot luck dinner.

This casserole was a lot of work to make, and it wasn't worth it in the end. The flavors were just okay.

The cabbage was a bit too crunchy for my liking. I would cook it for a little longer next time.

This casserole was a bit bland for my taste. I would add more spices next time.

This Lazy Day Halupki Casserole is a lifesaver! I'm a busy mom of three, and I don't always have time to make a traditional halupki. This casserole is so easy to throw together, and it's always a hit with my family.
