Steps:
- 1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- 2. Add eggs and sour cream; mix well.
- 3. Combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt and nutmeg.
- 4. Add to batter, and mix well.
- 5. Pour batter into greased and floured 9x13-inch baking pan.
- 6. Combine brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon; mix well.
- 7. Sprinkle 1/2 of this mixture over cake batter; swirl mixture through batter.
- 8. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 mixture evenly over cake batter.
- 9. Cover and chill ovenight.
- 10. Uncover and bake in preheated 350 degree oven oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until cake tests done with a toothpick.
