LAYERED PIZZA DIP
Steps:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 2. Combine tomatoes, seasonings, salt & pepper in a blender until pureed. Set aside. 3. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream & 1/3 of the shredded cheese. Mix until well combined. 4. Spread cream cheese mixture in an even layer in a pie plate. 5. Pour pizza sauce over cream cheese mixture & spread it evenly with a spatula. 6. Sprinkle on 1/3 of the cheese. 7. Top with pepperoni & bacon. 8. Cover the dip completely with the remaining cheese. 9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is browned & bubbly. 10. Arrange olives on top of the dip. 11. Serve with the breadsticks or pretzel chips.
