Steps:
- Heat the gravy up, about 4 minutes. Brown the Italian sausage in a skillet until cooked through.
- Toast the biscuit and top with the Home-Style Potatoes and the cheese. Pour the gravy on top, and sprinkle sausage over the gravy. Cook the egg any style and put it on top.
- First boil potatoes until they are soft, about 30 minutes. Drain water, then let cool completely.
- Fry the potatoes in the oil in a pan until nice and golden. Add onion while they finish cooking.
