1 medium onion
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1/3 cup vinegar
1 cup oil
2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in blender to mix.
  • Enjoy this on tossed salad or over Chinese cabbage!
