Steps:
- Mix corn, butter, sour cream, corn muffin mix, eggs, sugar and salt. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350 for 35-40 min. Remove from oven, sprinkle with desired amount of Cheddar cheese and return to oven. Bake several more minutes until cheese is melted and pudding is set.
