Steps:
- Simmer all ingredients for 30 minutes. Let cool. Strain out solids. Measure remaining liquid and add alcohol. If using vodka add equal amount. If using grain alcohol start with half amount and add more to taste. Mixture will be cloudy. Allow sediment to settle and then decant.
