Korean Style Vinaigrette image

This is a Korean inspired vinaigrette but should not be confused with something that they actually serve in South Korea (it may be but I have no idea). All I know is that it's delicious on greens.

1 ounce sesame oil
5 ounces vegetable oil
1 ounce korean red pepper paste (Gochujang)
2 ounces rice vinegar
1 ounce soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons sugar

Steps:

  • Whisk all ingredients together and serve over desired greens.
