Steps:
- 1. Add oil to sauce pan and add the onion, garlic, ginger, green onions and pear and saute until softened.
- 2. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Let come to room temperature.
- 3. Puree in food processor until smoothened. Use the marinade on any meat or seafood.
