I'm allergic to soy, so I used coconut aminos instead of soy sauce in the marinade. The patties were delicious! The coconut aminos added a nice umami flavor.

I'm a vegetarian, so I used tofu instead of beef in the patties. They turned out great! The tofu absorbed all of the delicious flavors from the marinade and the patties were nice and firm.

I love spicy food, so I added a bit of extra gochujang to the patties. They were perfect! The heat was just right and it really complemented the other flavors in the dish.

These patties were a hit at my last party! Everyone raved about them. I love the combination of sweet and savory flavors. Next time I might try adding some kimchi for a bit of tang.
