Time 45m

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 pork chops (the darker cut the better)
1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp mustard
1/2 tsp parsley

Steps:

  • 1. Look in my personal notes for the rest of the ingredients.
  • 2. Mix everything together and marinate
  • 3. Place an oven safe skillet in the oven and preheat them together at 400 degrees. While your oven and pan are preheating let the meat rest on the counter. When your oven is preheated carefully remove the pan and place it on the stove be sure to have your burner on high. Place the chops in the pan and sear them for 3 minutes and turn them. Immediately place chops and pan back in the oven and cook minutes 15-20 or until they are no longer pink. When they are finished in the oven place them on a plate and cover with a TeePee of aluminium foil to rest for the longest 8 minutes of your life...enjoy

These pork chops were just okay. They weren't bad, but they weren't great either. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

This recipe was a disaster! The pork chops were tough and the sauce was bland. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

The pork chops were a bit dry, but the sauce helped to make them more flavorful. Overall, this was a good recipe, but I think I'll try a different one next time.

The pork chops were a bit tough, but the flavor was good. I think I'll try cooking them for a shorter amount of time next time.

I'm not a big fan of pork chops, but these were surprisingly good. The coating was crispy and flavorful, and the meat was juicy and tender.
