Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF Line a 9x13 in pan with foil. Mix cake mix with melted butter and 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk. Press half of mixture into foil-lined pan. Bake for 8 minutes. Let cool. In the meantime, unwrap caramels and melt in a double boiler with 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk. Spread melted caramel mixture over baked chocolate. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Crumble the remaining chocolate cake mixture on top. Bake for 18 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting. Recommended serving suggestions: - *slightly* heated with a dab of vanilla ice cream - room temperature with a glass of cold milk
