Another recipe from King's Inn Restaurant on Baffin Bay in South Texas. If you love avocados, you will love this dressing. I can eat it by itself it is so yummy!!!!

2 avocados, peeled and seeded
1/2 tablespoon curry powder
8 ounces sour cream
Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
garlic salt (to taste)
lemon juice (to taste)
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)

  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
