Steps:
- 1.Place sweet potatoes in a large saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat, drain, and mash 2.Mix all of the casserole ingredients together until well blended. 3.Spread into a buttered casserole dish. 4.Mix topping ingredients (except marshmallows) together and sprinkle over the casserole 4.Bake uncovered in a 350 degrees oven for 35 minutes.
