I made these brownies in a 9x13 inch pan instead of an 8x8 inch pan. They turned out just as good, but they were a little thinner.

I'm allergic to nuts, so I omitted the walnuts from the recipe. The brownies were still delicious.

I didn't have any instant coffee on hand, so I used regular coffee instead. The brownies still turned out great.

The brownies were a bit dry, but the midnight frosting helped to make them more moist.

I had a bit of trouble getting the brownies to set properly. I think I might have over-mixed the batter.

These brownies were a bit too sweet for my taste, but they were still good. I think I'll try reducing the amount of sugar next time.

These brownies are the perfect treat for any occasion. They're rich and decadent, but they're also not too heavy. I love serving them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

I was a bit skeptical about the midnight frosting, but I'm so glad I tried it. It's the perfect complement to the brownies. I love the way the chocolate and coffee flavors work together.
