Kielbasa with Onions & Fava Beans image

This is yummy.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 large onion diced
2 kielbasa sausage cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 1/2 c fava beans shelled and peeled
1/3 c white wine
2 Tbsp honey mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Add oil to a large skillet. Add the onions and cook until softened. Add the fava beans, white wine, and honey mustard to the pan. Bring to a boil. Cook until reduced and the beans are cooked. Add the Kielbasa and cook until warmed through. Taste and season with salt and pepper to taste.
