Kielbasa, Chicken & Pasta Casserole Recipe - (4.7/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pound angel hair pasta, cooked according to pkg + drained
2 cups cooked boneless chicken (bite-size pieces)
2 cups cooked Kielbasa sausage, sliced 1/2-inch thick
1 large onion, chopped
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can chicken broth
1 cup hot water
1 to 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl mix together the chicken, sausage, onions, Cheddar cheese, and the cooked pasta. Mix chicken broth and hot water, then pour over the meat and pasta mixture. Pour mixture into a 9x12x2-inch greased baking dish and top with the Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until bubbly
