Kielbasa Biscuit Pizza image

Quick and tasty pizza...the biscuit way.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 can(s) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
2 1/2 c garden style spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb fully cooked kielbasa or polish sausage, cubed
1 c mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/2 c green pepper chopped
1/2 c sweet red pepper chopped
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Separate biscuits; cut each biscuit into forths. Arrange in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish (do not flatten). Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes or until biscuits begin to brown.
  • 2. Spread spaghetti sauce over biscuit crust. Sprinkle with sausage, mushrooms, peppers and cheeses. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and the cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
