This is my favorite soup! It has great flavor and is so quick and easy. My Mom use to serve this on a cold winter night with hot bread and butter. I always double the recipe because one just isn't enough!

Steps:
- 1. In a large saucepan, bring water and vegetables to boil. Simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- 2. Add the kielbasa and soup. Heat throughly. Garnish with parsley if desired.
