Kielbasa Appetizers, Grandma W image

Grandma W would make these for something different than her cocktail meatballs. They were very good!

Categories     Meat Appetizers

Number Of Ingredients 3

polish kielbasa sausage
apple juice
toothpicks

Steps:

  • 1. Take the kielbasa, cut into angled circles, about 1/4-1/2 inch thick, depending how you like them. Put into a skillet with apple juice. Fry. When you flip to the other side, you may need to add more apple juice. Serve warm with toothpicks.
  • 2. Note: you could keep these in a crockpot, on REALLY low but I would put some apple juice in the bottom so it doesn't stick, and be prepared to add more if necessary.

These were a waste of time and ingredients. They were not good at all.

These were a little too greasy for my taste. I think I would try baking them next time instead of frying them.
