20 ounces light rum
10 ounces Jamaican aged rum, such as Smith and Cross
10 ounces orange juice
5 ounces agave nectar
5 ounces fresh lime juice
3 ounces dark sherry (oloroso)
2 teaspoons freshly grated nutmeg
Orange wheels studded with cloves, for garnish

Steps:

  • Put the light rum, aged rum, orange juice, agave, lime juice, sherry and nutmeg in a punch bowl (or bucket) and stir thoroughly. Add large ice cubes and garnish with orange wheels studded with cloves. Ladle into punch glasses or drink with straws from the container.
