I LOVE fried chicken. KFC was the only place we went with Grandma Robinson, so when I found this copycat recipe, I had to save it...IT IS FANTASTIC!

Steps:
- 1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Add 2 Tablespoons of mix to 1 cup flour for coating chicken before frying.
- 2. Coat the chicken in the flour mixture, then egg wash, then flour again. I fried it on all sides in a large fry pan, then finished in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
