1 pound cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup unsalted butter
3 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
2 teaspoons freshly grated key lime zest, plus 4 teaspoons juice

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar until smooth, about 5 minutes. Beat in lime zest and juice.
