I came up with this recipe for a friend that needed a way to make kettle corn out of already popped corn.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 200
- 2. In a small saucepan add corn syrup, sugar, butter and salt. Cook on med hi heat until boiling for 5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
- 3. Meanwhile place popcorn in a large baking dish like a lasagna pan.
- 4. Once syrup is done, pour over popcorn and mix with a spoon until it's spread out.
- 5. Bake for 15 minutes stirring every 5 minutes. Remove from oven and stir once more and let cool. Enjoy!
