Kerry's French Toast image

A French toast sandwich with a cream cheese and brown sugar center. My family loves this, and it can be cut into wedges and served at brunch. Can be served with syrup or jam, or eaten without either. Dust with powdered sugar for prettier presentation!

Good, but not great. The French toast was a bit dry and the custard was not as flavorful as I would have liked.

This recipe was a disaster! The French toast was soggy and the custard was bland. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

The French toast was a bit too sweet for my taste, but otherwise it was very good. I might try using less sugar next time.
