Kentucky Sour Cream Cornbread Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 1/2 Cup Self Rising Cornmeal
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 eggs
1/2 Cup Oil
1 small Onion, chopped finely
1 Can Cream Corn
1/2 tsp Salt

Steps:

  • Mix all ingrediants well. Pout into a square baking dish, greased. Bake at 350 degrees approx. 30 minutes until lightly brown around the edges.
