Kentucky Fried Chicken Copy Cat Flour Dredge image

2 c flour
1 Tbsp salt
1/2 Tbsp each thyme, basil, and oregano
1 Tbsp each celery salt, black pepper, dried mustard, and ground ginger
4 Tbsp paprika
2 Tbsp garlic powder
3 Tbsp white pepper

Steps:

  • 1. mix all ingredients together. Store in air tight container. Dredge chicken in egg wash mixture then dredge in flour mixture. Fry in oil
