Kellog's Rice Krispy Treats® - Microwave image

This came from the back of the new brown rice gluten-free Rice Krispies® box, and I'm posting it just so I'll have it in my recipe box, to save electronically. I'm sure everyone already knows how to make these. This recipe is gluten-free.

Number Of Ingredients 3

3 Tbsp margarine or butter
4 c miniature marshmallows
6 c kellog's brown rice krispies® gluten-free cereal

Steps:

  • 1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, heat margarine or butter and marshmallows on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
  • 2. Add cereal and stir until well-coated. Using a buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into a 13x9x2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cut into squares when cool.
