Kahlua (Or Amaretto) Chocolate Bundt Cake image

This is an easy cake to make, and yet, it looks and tastes elegant! I plan to try this with the Amaretto and the new dark chocolate/raspberry swirled chocolate chips, for Valentine's Day.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 (18 ounce) box fudge cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
8 ounces sour cream
1 (12 ounce) bag chocolate chips
1/2 cup Kahlua or 1/2 cup Amaretto
powdered sugar

Steps:

  • Coat Bundt pan with cooking spray.
  • Mix all other ingredients; spoon into pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
  • Cool in pan for 10 minutes; remove from pan.
  • When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
