When you want chili fast, this is the one. It can be made and frozen for the next day or week. If you want a little spice add some more red pepper flakes.

Number Of Ingredients 10

3 lb ground chuck
6 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp oregano
2 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp sugar
4 c water

Steps:

  • 1. Brown meat.Add water and cook 1 hour.
  • 2. Add other ingredients and cook 30 minutes more. (add more water if needed).
  • 3. Stir continuously. Add 2 cans of kidney beans if desired. add a little corn to thicken it if you like thick chili.
