Jodies Beef Casserole image

This is about the simplest casserole I have ever made, I add a million things to it including cheese depending on my mood but here is the general base recipe.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 lb lean ground beef
1 small chopped onion
2 tablespoons minced green peppers
1 (14 ounce) can tomatoes, chopped
1 1/2 cups noodles, cooked

Steps:

  • Brown the ground beef and chop up.
  • Add in the other ingredients and simmer for 7 or 8 minutes.
