I make this for our Thanksgiving & Christmas morning breakfast. My kids, daughters-in-laws, grandkids & hubby loves this casserole.Great for brunch and special occasions. This recipe can be made ahead and refrigerated up to 12 hours before baking.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 325 F. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, mustard & salt. Distribute half of the bread evenly in a buttered 9x13x2 baking dish. Sprinkle with half the pepper, half cheese, half the sausage & half of each ingredient. Repeat layering using remaining bread, pepper, cheese, sausage & ingredients. Pour egg mixture over casserole. Bake uncovered for 55-60 min. til eggs are set. Tent with foil if top begins to brown too quickly. Makes 3 servings. Can be made the night before and refrigerated before baking.
