Jerked Balsamic Pork Tenderloin image

5 pounds pork tenderloin tips, frozen
3 cups chicken broth
1 ½ cups balsamic vinegar
5 tablespoons jerk sauce
6 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes

Steps:

  • Gently stir pork, broth, vinegar, jerk sauce, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes together in the crock of your slow cooker.
  • Cook on High until the pork is easily shredded with forks, 3 to 4 hours.
