A wonderful rub for beef. Especially for quality steaks. I have given this as Christmas gifts. Either in 1/4 or 1/3 cup jars each.

This rub is amazing! I used it on some pork ribs and they were the best ribs I've ever had. The rub gave the ribs a nice, crispy crust and the coffee flavor was subtle but noticeable. I will definitely be using this rub again.
